DISHY TV chef Pete Evans will host the Celebrity Cooking School in Western Australia’s Faraway Bay from September 13 to 17. Evans - the brother of restaurateur Dave Evans - is a judge on My Kitchen Rules and has been a guest on the hit show MasterChef Australia.
He will teach 12 guests how to clean and fillet fresh fish and cook in a camp oven for the four-day package, which starts at $4550 and includes air transfers from Kununurra, the cooking school, all meals, beverages and activities, accommodation and a recipe cookbook. Faraway Bay was the place where the film crew for Baz Luhrmann’s Outback epic Australia stayed while shooting scenes at nearby King George Falls.
